UBI Therapy

Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation (UBI) Therapy

We often hear how soaking up some sun can do wonders for your mental and physical health. UBI Therapy has some added benefits as well and you may experience a boost in mood and energy, a strengthened immune system and more -- it's literally putting sunshine in the soul!

Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation (UBI) was discovered in America in the 1940’s but its use was delayed due to the discovery of penicillin. UBI therapy has continued to be used for decades throughout the world. Although fairly unknown in the United States, it is making a strong comeback.

When using Ozone therapy in combination with UBI, these properties are enhanced, providing a powerful treatment that is beneficial in treating a wide range of conditions.

Some Of The Benefits of Choosing Ultraviolet Light Blood Irradiation include:

• Effective against a host of illnesses and diseases - Influenza, Herpes Virus, HIV, CFS, Rheumatoid arthritis and more

• Natural with little to no side effects

• Simple procedure & time efficient

• Low-cost

Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation (UBI) is a process of exposing blood to ultraviolet A or C rays, which stimulates the immune system. UBI is a time tested therapy in use for over 75 years by physicians throughout the world. There are no known serious side effects and the therapy creates a strong immune response that is regarded as an “autogenous vaccine”.

Many people understand that exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet light (UV) can kill bacteria, viruses, etc. UBI therapy has a similar effect on blood. The treatment itself involves taking a small amount of extracted blood and exposing it to UVA and UVC rays through special tubing. As a result, the light therapy essentially “cleans and sterilizes” a person from the inside out. The immune system is activated and works to eliminate any pathogens - viral, fungal, bacterial, or cancerous.

Once the immune system is activated, UV light simultaneously destroys pathogens along with white blood cells, causing a new, boosted immune response, and triggering the body to respond and heal. One of the added benefits of this therapy is the extra oxygenation for the body, which can last up up to a month. One of the most effective ways to increase circulation and nutrient distribution and slow the aging process in the body, is by increasing oxygen levels. Lack of oxygen affects a number of functions - protein repair, hormone regulation, hydration, and can prevent detoxification, increases cyclic mood disorders, accelerates degenerative diseases and more. As oxygen is vital to our bodily functions on a number of levels, it is clear that the more 'oxygenated' our bodies are, the better we feel.

There are reasons why we feel happier and healthier in the summer. Sunshine and warm weather change our bodies and brains. Many plan their winter vacations in warm, dry areas so they can get away from the “winter blues”. UBI therapy is a much less expensive and time consuming option and can boost overall mood and increase energy. It can also lead to a stronger immune system, decreased inflammation and more. It is profound in its ability to increase your overall health and well-being after chronic illness.

You may consider receiving UBI therapy if you are suffering from:

  • All acute and chronic viral episodes from Herpes to Shingles to the flu and common cold
  • Candida overgrowth
  • Cancer or tumor growth of all kinds
  • Bacterial infections such as staph, strep, E.coli and MRSA
  • Allergies
  • Rheumatism
  • Asthma
  • Depression
  • Fatigue or CFS
  • Eye diseases such as Macular Degeneration
  • Many heart conditions
  • Blood platelet disorders
  • Toxin overload from snake or spider bites, or bacterial poison
  • Parasite infections
  • MS
  • Lyme disease
  • Non-healing wounds
  • GI challenges such as pancreatitis, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, IBS, and leaky gut
  • Infertility in men and women
  • Fibromyalgia

As you can see, this treatment can be very beneficial for a number of conditions. One of the greatest benefits about this treatment is that a person can address multiple illnesses or conditions all at once.

Receiving a series of ultraviolet blood treatments is usually necessary in order for a long-lasting effect. Some have reported feeling an increase in energy after just one or two treatments—one patient described it as “euphoric”.

Benefits of UBI

Heightens the body's immune response

Powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-infection effects

Improves circulation

Oxygenation of tissues

Balancing effect (homeostasis)

Reduction of tissue pain

Increased immune and pain tolerance to radiation or chemotherapy

Cardiovascular protection through increased metabolism of cholesterol, uric acid, and glucose

Stimulation for production of red blood cells

Improvement in the flow and properties of the blood

Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation Therapy has been shown to have a positive effect on over 60 diseases, including respiratory issues, viral and bacterial infections, circulatory conditions and general inflammation

  • Increased blood oxygen level and white blood cell activity.
  • Effective in treating both viral and bacterial infections.
  • Creates balance in the body's alkalinity, activates steroid hormones, accelerates the lymphatic system and positively stimulates the autonomic nervous system and immune system
  • A small amount of blood is drawn , much like donating blood.
  • All of the blood is combined with saline, circulated through a machine exposing it to ultraviolet light and returned to the patient in a sterile, closed-loop system.
  • Bacterial and viral cells absorb about five times as much photonic energy as their healthy counterparts and are killed off while healthy cells remain intact and the blood gains oxygen. When the blood is reintroduced containing the weakened or dead pathogen, the body can react similarly to the way it understands a vaccine.
  • Immune response increases against the specific virus or bacteria that was in the blood, and we see accelerated improvement in the patient’s symptoms and health.
  • The amount of treatment needed is determined by variables such as the state of health of your immune system, length of time you have been ill, and the severity of the disease being treated.
  • Acute infectious situations typically will be treated with one treatment daily or every other day until improved or resolved.
  • Chronic infections are treated on variable schedule, but a typical pattern of treatment would be one treatment two times per week for three weeks, and then one treatment weekly for four weeks.

Return your body to a state of balance where healing can begin.
